Renting LED panels is easy. Getting a wall that looks right in the room is not. The pitch has to suit how close people stand to it. The brightness has to survive whatever the venue does with its house lights, or the sun if you're outside. The content has to be scaled and processed so it fills the wall instead of sitting in the middle of it with black bars down the sides.
And someone has to be standing behind it when the feed drops two minutes before the first speaker walks on.
That's the part we actually sell. The panels come with it.

Ballrooms, clubs, conference rooms, stages, parking lots and open ground. Outdoor builds get panels and structure rated for it, with South Florida sun, wind and afternoon rain treated as part of the spec rather than something to worry about on the day.
Video content and brand loops. Live camera feed for larger rooms. Sponsor reels. Slides and presentation output for conferences. Names, monograms and photos for weddings and quinceañeras. Visuals cut to the music for club nights and festivals.

Most events end up with a screen from one vendor, a PA from another and lighting from a third, and then someone has to make three crews who have never met agree on a timeline.
